First Body By Vi Shake

I made oreo, cookies and cream flavor....WOW way better than expected. I'm gonna have so much fun with this diet :D


 I did this in portion for 2 (my boyfriend and I are doing it together)
 2 cups of almond milk
1/2 tablespoon of cocoa
1/4 cup oreo cookies n cream pudding mix
1/4 sugar free jello vanilla pudding mix (not pictured)
4 scoops Vi-shape shake mix

The calorie count comes out to around 200-220 for one portion!
(that is if you use the almond milk I have pictured, which is only 30 calories for one cup)

Surprisingly, I do feel like the shake filled me up. I wasn't expecting that.
